Yes, we have an alpha section, and you have access to it now. It is below the main section.

I would like to see the alpha section. this is what steam says the date I purchased the game: ( Sep 2, 2017 - Activated as part of: Lost Region: Alpha Testing ). I have been to the regular forums here but not much is talked about & just a few minutes ago I was able to register into the forums.
